80th Independence day was celebrated in our school premises on Saturday 15th August 2026. Our Chief guest Thiru. J. Mohanraj - Treasurer, The Thoothukudi Education Society and Ex- Principal, Kamaraj College hoisted the flag and delivered the Independence day address. Our students have performed drill, singing and expressed their patriotism.
We have conducted Flag Making competition for the I std to V std students and Poster Making competition for the VI std to XII std students. Many of our students participated and won prizes,
We proudly announce that R. Selvamani and M. Venkatesh of XI std from our School, participated in "FREEDOM QUEST 2026"—an inter-school quiz competition organized by Kamaraj College and secured Third place, along with a cash prize of ₹1,000.
Our School student K. Shivani Harsha (X std), K. Vanushka (VIII std), R. Thesilan Siddarth (VII std) got First prize and K. Lekha Shree (IV std), S. Bhuvanesh (VIII std), P. Muthu Sridhar (VIII std) got Second prize in the District Level Yoga Competition.
Our School students have participated in the Inter School competitions.
We are delighted to inform that in the Zonal-Level Athletics Competition conducted by the School Education Department, Our school student P. Selva Srinivas (VII std) got First place in Discus throw and M. Riyan (VII std) got First place in 200 mts running.
We are delighted to inform that in the Zonal-Level Silambam Competitions conducted by the School Education Department, Our school student Perumal (XI std) and Malar Priya (IX std) secured First place, Swasthik (IX std) got Second place and Subin (IX std) got Third place.
On July 15th 2026 we have celebrated the Kamarajar's Birthday. Fancy dress competition and Elocution competition were conducted. Prizes were distributed to the winners. Sweets were distributed to the students.
